Auto Stock Replenishment DMS
Purpose :
Tracking of stock at distributor and Dealers Level through Tally.ERP.
No need to Spend Huge Amount on Secondary Sales Tracking System, Now you can use Tally.ERP software as your DMS system . 95 % of dealers and distributors are using Tally.ERP software to manage their business activities like Sale, Purchase, Sale Return, Purchase Return , Payment and Receipt . As the availability of Tally users is easy in the market, and Tally.ERP software also maintains stock and accounts. It also provide MIS reports as well as statuary reports like GST, TDS, Pay roll etc.
The Problem :
Each distributor / dealer is associated with more than one manufacturing company, So software provided by the parent company is not suitable to the distributors daily working. As these softwares are not providing flexibility as Tally.ERP software. Even companies are offering data transfer to Tally software, but distributor and dealers are still making the bill in Tally.ERP and doing the backdated entries into the Software provided by manufacturing companies, so parent companies are not getting the required result.
What is ASRDMS?
Auto Stock Replenishment DMS is cloud based application, which use the Tally.ERP as basic data entry software and then with the help of “Tally Data Connector” it extracted the required data from Super Stockiest, Distributor’s and Dealers Tally Software and send it to centralise location.
One Small Desktop based software ( Tally Data Connector ) has been installed on dealer / distributor computer and it talks with Tally.ERP software . We just have to Map the Manufacturer’s SKU code with Tally Item Master , This is one time job and mapping can be done in excel sheet and uploaded back to connector .
Now Tally Data Connector has been schedule on distributor’s PC and it will synchronize the data like :
- Sale
- Sale Return
- Purchase
- Purchase Return
- Daily Stock
- Purchase Orders
This data will be stored on ASRDMS cloud storage in SQL server . ASRDMS is having the following login
- CEO
- National Sales Manager
- Regional Sales Manager
- Area Sales Manager
- Territory Sales In charge
- Distributors
These login will have the clear view of data and stock laying at different locations of Distributor’s and dealers.

- Distributor now can put purchase orders into Tally , which will be sent to Parent company as Sales Orders.

- Zero Change in Tally.ERP, as mapping is uploaded in the Connector not in the Tally.
- Distributor can make the invoices with mix item, Tally Data Connector will extract the data only for Mapped item.
Integration with Order Entries Mobile App.
If company had already Order taking mobile app from retailers, these orders can be sent to Dealers . and system will post back the real order no generated in Tally.ERP Software . Real time stock available at Dealer location can also be shown to Sales person.
Note: “Tally Data Connector” had complete order Management (Incoming orders and out going orders with real time order no generation)
